There were plenty of ways I could've avoide this. Like not going out for a walk just for fun. But it doesn't really matter that much because I'm in a great mood and now I'm going to relax with a warm cup of tea under a warm blanket. :) Merry random Wednesday.

Finally!

I'm done unpacking! :D Now I just need to get my parents to pick up the boxes and the things I don't have room for, put things on the walls, and assemble my bed. Oh, and throw out a few things and do the dishes. ;) And dinner! Dinner is next! :)

How I learned that being lazy isn't good when you're not a programming language

My line of thoughts, "Well, it's not raining that much and I'm 5 minutes away from home. I wont pick up that umbrella in my backpack. Is that... hail? Oh well, they're not that big. Wow, it's raining and hailing quite a lot now! Well, I'm already wet so it's wouldn't do me any good to pick up the umbrella now." And that line of thoughts got me looking like that. ;)

After getting up early, teaching (or at least trying to!) people semantics, and reading about internetworking it's nice to relax in bed with a good book. :)

Summer

The calendar says summer so I'm wearing flip-flops. The weather doesn't exactly agree but at least my socks don't get wet! ;)

Back to school

My classes started today and I'm ridiculously tired from getting up early. Well, actually they started Monday but I forgot to reschedule a dentist appointment so I missed the first lecture. A nice start... :(

My new home

Well, here I am in my new room. Actually it's not really my room. It's my sister's old room that is now my parent's guest room/place to store a lot of things. But since I recently turned single and as a consequence homeless, this is where I'm staying. Notice the art on the wall. I like it! :)

I don't know much about clothes but My Hair Looks Fierce!

I just got a haircut today. It looks fierce! ;) Which is good because a lot of sucky things have happened this month. Let me recap:

• I got a 22384 DKK bill because I earned too much last year.


• I dropped my laptop on the floor. Luckily it only got a minor injury.


• However, I checked my the S.M.A.R.T. status of my hard drive and it is failing. Not related to me dropping it, luckily.


• My PhD application got rejected.


• While drunk in Italy I lost my bag with my passport, my Visa card, my cellphone, and the key for my hotel room.

Thankfully I'm surrounded by nice and good people who help me out. My special thanks to Sweden! :)

Happy birthday to my new nephew

I may have been ill since Monday and have an exam today, but it is really not that important because today my new nephew was born and I can't wait to see him! :D

My exam today

I thought it went awfull but luckily the people grading me didn't agree. I got a 10. :) Since the course was software verification I'm guessing my lattice shoes dazzled them! ;)
